With colleges offering more and more degree and post-graduate options, and universities offering more 1-year and 2-year course options, we needed to create a persuasive argument for why new students should choose George Brown.

So we focused on one of the biggest motivators: Getting the job you really want.

When it comes to getting hired out of school, George Brown College knows that technical skills are only part of the equation. It’s only when you add the imperative people skills to the mix that you create the kind of candidates employers really want. To emphasize the importance of people skills, we imagined what a technically savvy candidate might look like without people skills like teamwork, productivity, or communication.

Results

  • More students are choosing George Brown. Since the campaign launched, early offer confirmations are up, showing double digit growth*
